Eastridge Board Meeting
Eastridge Homeowner's Board Meeting, Monday, November 3, 2008 @ 7:00 pm at
Location: Sentry Management, Inc., 1645 E. Highway 50, Suite 201, Clermont, FL
34711 (352-243-4595, ext. 202). This will be a combined annual budget meeting
and board meeting. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
NOTE: NEW EASTRIDGE HANDBOOK (LOCATED
IN 'ARTICLES'), APPROVED BY THE BOARD 7/14/08 - The purpose of this
handbook is to familiarize homeowners with the objectives, scope and application
of design standards and guidelines within our community.
This will assist all of us in enhancing the physical appearance of our community
as well as protecting and preserving property values.
